Free Smartphone App Simplifies Orlando Florida

An Orlando, Florida-based discount travel company called Undercover Tourist is launching a free iPhone and Android app that promises to cut the wait time for theme park rides at Universal Orlando, along with assisting your Orlando Florida travels in other ways as well. App users get a simple, real-time traffic light feature where a green light indicates fast access to rides, a yellow for short waits and a red for long lines. The data it's based on are compiled from over 460000 wait time data points.
The app also has a feature to help visitors plan their day and create a ride schedule, including detailed theme park ride descriptions with photos, ratings, and ride requirements. The president of Undercover Tourist said the company designed the app with the goal of helping tourists get more out of their vacation time in Orlando.
